So I've been on step 1 of Potatoes Not Prozac for two weeks now and I'm doing okay. I'm getting better with my timing of breakfast. Still not perfect every day, but closer to within an hour of waking. I've sort of started step 2 - journaling - to start getting it into my head, but I'm taking my time. My hamstrings are tight today. Super tight. I'm a day off schedule this week for the Plan, so yesterday was cardio day. I got up, did 15 minutes of light yoga stretching and took Buddy for a walk. Then I debated doing cardio or not because I knew I was going to work my ass off at SAR training. I did no cardio and boy am I glad ( Read more... )

Two weeks from tomorrow I fly to my B! In my head, I have already left. I am completely lacking motivation to actually do anything at work.
